Rock Ridge Retreat a veteran-owned and operated 501(c)3 organization, has a passion to reduce depression, stress and anxiety in individuals and build confidence to socialize in the community. These interventions will assist individuals in coping with the stress of illness and disability and prepare them to achieve and maintain optimal levels of independence, productivity, well-being, and quality of life.
