We are a unique therapeutic riding center in Northwestern Wisconsin with accredited instructors from the Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship, International (PATH Intl.). Our instructors are not only licensed and certified by PATH Int’l., but some have additional certifications in related disciplines such as recreational therapy, occupational therapy, emergency medical services, and secondary education, ensuring high quality professionally trained instruction.

David Graham, co-founder of Rock Ridge Retreat, has been with the organization since 2019. As a Minnesota native, 21-year veteran in the United States Navy, and 15-year federal contractor, he has returned to his roots in the Midwest. During his tenure, he supported perpetual deployments and was a free-fall, dive, and Special Operations instructor. He embraces the opportunity to share the incredible calming and healing power of equine-assisted activities to like-minded individuals. He currently holds accreditations with the American Legion, Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Navy SEAL Foundation, and UDT SEAL Association.

Cindy Selle, co-founder of Rock Ridge Retreat, has been with the organization since 2019. As a Wisconsin native, she graduated from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College New Richmond with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Supervision Management and Leadership, the University of Wisconsin River Falls with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Secondary Education, and Capella University with a Master of Business Administration. She is a 20-year veteran in the United States Navy Reserve, where she continues to serve as the Commanding Officer for a United States THIRD Fleet detachment located in San Diego, California. During her tenure, she supported a variety of commands and completed several combat deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation New Normal. She also was involved in the Emergency Services profession for over two decades as a volunteer Firefighter/EMT-A, until her retirement in 2018. She is currently responsible for the direction of planning and operations, and responsible for project development, control methods, proposal preparation, resource allocation, and design integration to optimize staff. She actively works on building new alliances and partnerships with external organizations at the local and national level while strengthening existing relationships. She currently holds accreditations with the American Legion, Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans of Foreign Wars, Navy SEAL Foundation, Wisconsin Emergency Medical Services Association, National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, Wisconsin State Firefighter’s Association, and PATH, Intl.

Sara Rank, has been with the organization since 2020. As a Minnesota native, she moved her family to Northwestern Wisconsin for engaging education, design a riding program, and develop a therapeutic riding center. From early childhood and on, she executed lessons, trailered, and farm management. As she progressed, she was afforded opportunities to ride and show hunter/jumper horses, and later teach curriculum. She was blessed with the prospect to learn from the finest in the business, which she has expanded her unsurpassed knowledge and experience. She currently holds accreditations with PATH, Intl. as a Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor and Courage Kenny Riders. She is the founder and director for T.H.U.G. Life Ministry (Truly Humble Under God), a homeless teen program, and Limitless Ranch.
